Energy Audit of the Building – subsidy from the Clean Air program

The cost of the audit is also an eligible cost and is not included in the limit referred to above.
The energy audit of the building is aimed at identifying economically justified thermal modernization projects. Energy audits of buildings performed by us will be based on the data and information about the building provided by the Employer.
As part of the audit, a technical description of the basic elements of the building will be made, the current condition of the building will be assessed and selected options for improvement and thermal modernization projects will be analyzed. Based on the work carried out, we will prepare a report on the energy audit of the building that meets the agreed goals and requirements, including the requirements of the Act of November 21, 2008. on supporting thermal modernization and renovations and on the central record of the emissivity of buildings.
We will also identify actions that may be taken by the Ordering Party to obtain an energy efficiency certificate (the so-called white certificates), which the President of the Energy Regulatory Office is authorized to issue, and the resulting property rights are transferable, constituting a commodity traded on the Polish Power Exchange Energy (TGE).
In addition, we offer assistance in preparing an application for co-financing and information support for Applicants in explaining errors or inconsistencies in technical documentation.
