President of the Management Board - Marcin Trojnacki
A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology in Krakow. An Independent Expert in Energy Efficiency, Lead Auditor for Energy Management Systems according to ISO 50001, and Energy Auditor. He has extensive experience in energy consumption management and production processes gained both domestically and internationally. His professional career began in 2006 at Beamish & Crawford Brewery in Cork, Ireland, where he held positions such as Manufacturing Support Manager and Energy Manager. In 2009, he assumed the role of Chief Energy Engineer at an international firm based in Ireland, specializing in energy management consultancy and improving energy efficiency in businesses.
He is the co-founder and CEO of EnMS Polska Sp. z o.o., a company established in Poland in 2010, providing services in the field of energy efficiency improvement in enterprises, conducting energy audits of companies, and implementing Energy Management Systems according to ISO 50001.
He is the creator of the innovative software concept for monitoring energy efficiency improvements and demand management services offered by EnMS Polska Sp. z o.o. – the energyBIS information system.
He is the initiator and co-founder of companies within the EnMS Group: energyBIS Sp. z o.o., EnMS Inżynieria Sp. z o.o., and Dynamic Energy Investments Sp. z o.o. He is the author and co-author of monographs, publications, and industry articles, including “Managing Energy as a Source of Competitive Advantage” (Harvard Business Review), “Self-Sufficient Energy Municipality,” and “Effective Energy Utilization as a Source of Competitive Advantage in Enterprises.”
From 2013 to 2016, he was responsible for providing advisory services and technical supervision for energy efficiency audits conducted for international trading partners of companies such as STX Services, innogy, and Axpo.
He is a member and representative of EnMS Polska in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Industrial Energy and Energy Consumers Chamber (IEPiOE), the Association of Energy Conservation Agencies (SAPE), and the Polish Chamber of Energy Storage (PIME). He is a speaker and business trainer in the field of energy efficiency improvement and efficient energy management in enterprises.
